Shaun Robert
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shaun is the Managing Director of GFM and ultimately responsible for the
business. Shaun has amassed over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry
and has worked for well-known corporates such as JPMorgan and Credit Suisse, as
well as smaller companies such as PraxisIFM and Close Brothers.
Shaun has significant experience throughout ManCo, Depositary, Fund
Administration and Custody service lines and has worked on a wide array of fund
structures and investment strategies.
Prior to working for Global Fund Management Limited, Shaun sat on the Board
and ran the AIFM operations for FundRock Management Company (Guernsey)
Limited, formerly International Fund Management Limited.
Throughout his career, Shaun has held a number of Board positions across
regulated companies and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities &
Investment.

Paul O’Neill
DIRECTOR
As a Director and co-founder of NSM, Paul is responsible for a wide-ranging
portfolio of high net worth individuals trusts and corporate entities. Paul’s career
commenced with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Guernsey and their investment
management and real estate team in London where he was responsible for
providing tax advice on funds and real estate structures.
Following his return to Guernsey, Paul assumed responsibility for business
development in the MENA Region which included spending six months in the
Middle East and retaining responsibility for growth in the Region.
Paul graduated from the University of Ulster with a Law degree, is a Chartered Tax
Adviser, and a member of the Association of Tax Technicians. He is recognised in
the Citywealth Leaders List and listed as a Leading Trustee.

Stuart Miles
DIRECTOR
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in accounting roles in the Guernsey finance
industry.
During his career, Stuart has been the business finance lead on financial systems
migrations as well as the successful integration of multiple business acquisitions.
Stuart has experience in preparing financials on a jurisdictional, regional and group basis as well as the increased reporting and disclosure requirements of a publicly listed company.
Stuart is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certificate Accountants and holds
the certificate in Company Direction with the Institute of Directors.
