WHO ARE GFM?

Global Fund Management Services Limited, “GFM”, is an Alternative Investment Fund Management company, “AIFM”, licensed to carry out controlled investment business and part of the NSM group.

NSM is an independent financial services group, headquartered in Guernsey, providing private client, funds and corporate services. Established 10 years ago, the group has grown to comprise a team of over 80 people situated across 3 jurisdictions; Guernsey, London and Dubai, with over £8 billion AUA.

Despite being part of a wider trusted financial services group, GFM has been established to be truly independent with full economic substance, differentiating it from many other dual service provider AIFMs. It has a dedicated board in Guernsey, its own staff discrete from those of its sister companies, and its own systems and processes.
